CANCELLATION POLICY

We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend class, you can easily cancel from our app. If you cancel class with more than 8 hours notice, no penalties apply.

If you cancel within the 8-hour window and the class was booked with a class package, you will lose one class credit. If you booked the class with your unlimited membership, then a $20 late-cancel fee will apply. 

 If you do not cancel, and fail to show up for class, a $25 no-show penalty will apply.

WAITLIST POLICY

There are 5 waitlist spots available per class. If the class you would like to attend is fully booked, click “Join the Waitlist.” If a spot becomes available, you will receive a text and email notification and will be automatically added to the class. Reservations made from the waitlist are subject to our cancellation policy.

P.S. You must have a credit available to book a spot on the waitlist! If you do not get a spot in class, the credit will automatically be added back into your account. 

FINE PRINT

○ Instructors are subject to change at our discretion, but class times will not. 

○ No refunds will be given for memberships or credits.

○ Returning clients have a 5-minute grace period for class. After 5 minutes, The Well may give your spot to a walk-in client and you will be charged as a no-show. First-time clients click here for more info.
